Your password can be reset using the link on the login screen of the app. You'll receive an email from us and just need to follow the prompts. If you don't receive the email, please check your junk/spam folder.
If you're still having trouble logging in, terminate the app (by swiping off the list of running apps), reopen the app and try again.
Note: Currently the in-app reset is not working.
Kindly write to us at support@loudly.com with the email that you registered the account with, and a request to change password.
Please mention the desired password in the mail and we will update the password for your account in 2 business days.
